Arthur Hearne Webster was the ninth child of John Hearne Webster & Euphemia Kay Stewart christened May 30th, 1861 at Alphington, Devon.
In 1871 he was living with the family at Prospect St, Reading.
At the time of the 1881 census Arthur was visiting his sister Elizabeth (Bessie), married to Huson Morris, & their family at ‘The Nest’, Hayes, Kent. Huson was a member of the stock exchange & Arthur was employed as a clerk on the London Stock Exchange.
Arthur went to Africa or South America (Esther Byrt).
